Q-2 : May I add more items to my order after submitted?
Once your order is submitted, you will not be able to add any items to it.  However, if your order has not yet been shipped, you may add additional item(s) by notifying us in email (of the items you wish to add specifying both item number and title name.)

With your written notification, we can arrange to add the item(s) you request into your order but manual intervention will be required and it may delay the processing of your order. Go Contact Us page.

Q-4 : When will my order ship?
99% of our orders will be shipped out within one (1) business day. In many cases, orders go out on the same day the order is processed. Unlike other online retailer, there is absolutely less wait time as we always keep inventory in-stock.

Q-5 : How soon will I receive my order?
U.S. Domestic Orders are shipped by UPSP Priority Mail. It usually arrives in 1-3 business days for Priority Mail to arrive after payment is verified. A shipment tracking number will be emailed to you once order is shipped.

Non-U.S. orders are shipped via "USPS Global Priority". Most non-U.S. orders will arrive in 3-10 business days.

Q-6 : How do you pack my order?
All orders will be shipped in plain box. There are no flyers or advertisements in the package, and there is a plain label that simply has your name and address, and a discreet return address. All U.S. orders are shipped with original product packaging. We use standard packaging method for packing items for delivery in the United States.

- The DVD or VCD is removed from the case and labels are removed.
- Each items is then protectively wrapped - hard case DVD box for maximum protection from scratch.

Q-2 : Defective or Damaged Items.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please tell us the Order Number & the product condition within (7) days of delivery by sending us a email (Contact Us) for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.  

Please provide us the following information in your email:

1) Your sales order number.
2) The item number of the product.
3) An explanation of problem defective or damaged.
4) A complete explanation of what went wrong (please be as specific as possible).  

Damaged/defective items must be returned to us within 3 weeks. Return item(s) must be securely packaged and wrapped.   Please send the defective/damaged item(s) back to:

Only the DVD indicates the region code in the description has region code, they are Region 1. If it does not mention anything about region code, which means it has no region code and it can play in any DVD player and computer around the world. Most of our DVD has no region code.

Q-3 : What is D-DVD and D-VCD and how to I play the movie? 
D-DVD has the same MPEG2 format and same high quality as DVD, except it burns in DVD-R disc instead of press disc.  D-DVD can play on any computer with DVD drive and most of the new home DVD players that are compatible with DVD-R disc.

D-VCD has the same MPEG1 format and same good quality as VCD (Video CD), except it burns in CD-R disc instead of press disc.  D-VCD can play on any computer with CD-Rom drive and most of the home DVD players that are compatible with VCD movies.

All movies in D-DVD & D-VCD format will not ship to Japan
